Description
Author: Ron Cowie, paper back 120 pages. Published by the Christadelphian Scripture Study Service (CSSS). This is the 3rd edition printed in September 2004.
Jehovah's Witnesses are often encountered in their door to door canvassing. As a means of preaching they will try to sell a copy of their magazine "The Watchtower" or "Awake". They are also known for the "New World" translation of the Bible.
The premise of this book is that if the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses are compared with the Bible, it is clear that the gospel they preach does not harmonise with the Scriptures.
The book has 7 sections:
1. The History of the Watchtower movement
2. The organisation of the Watchtower society
3. The Watchtower with an unstable foundation
4. Jehovah's Witnesses Doctrines examined
5. Do Blood Tranfusions violate Bible teaching?
6. Israel - the true witnesses of God
7. Conclusion.
