How long will delivery take?
The books we publish are available from our agents. Books from other publishers and other material listed on this web site are available only from our headquarters in Adelaide Australia or directly from the publisher.

How much does shipping cost?
As from 1 April 2021 the following charges will apply to all orders sent from our Adelaide dispatch head quarters to destinations within Australia, by normal post.
1. Orders collected from our dispatch headquarters in Hawthorndene Adelaide no charge
2. Orders up to $10.00, $3.30 incl. GST
3. Orders over $10.00 and under $100.00, $6.60 incl.GST
4. Orders over $100.00, packaging $1.00, postage free

For these orders we use the standard shipping methods described below. If you want an express service or some other special service there will be an additional charge.
If you live in the UK we advise you to see if the books are available from The Christadelphian Office in Birmingham. If you live in North America we advise you to try our agent in California, before you order from us. If you want products we have listed but don't publish we will advise you of how to obtain them from the publisher. If you decide to order the products from us there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of shipping.
Standard ways to deliver orders
We use the following standard ways to deliver orders. If you require a faster service, we will pass on to you additional charges at cost.
Courier Service within Australia
We use "Couriers Please" as our main interstate delivery service within Australia. This is used for deliveries to capital cities and other main population areas. Outside these areas or to PO Boxes or for Express Post we use Australia Post.

Couriers Please service has very good delivery times and provides a tracking and redelivery service.
