How long will delivery take?
The books we publish are available from all our agents. Most other books and material listed on this web site are available only from our agents in Australia. Where this is not possible there may be a slight delay in supplying your order. We will advise you of this.

How much does shipping cost?
Within countries where we have agents all products they stock are shipped freight free to addresses in that country. Orders under $50.00 have a flat shipping fee of $5.00 Australian if there has been a cost to us in shipping it to you. For these orders we use the standard shipping methods described below. If you want an express service or some other special service there will be an additional charge to pay for that service.
If you live outside of Australia and you want products we have listed but don't publish we will advise you of how to obtain them from the publisher. If you decide to order the products from us we there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of shipping.
Shipping to countries other where our agents are located will be charged at cost.
Standard ways to deliver orders
We use the following standard ways to deliver orders. If you require a faster service, we will pass on to you additional charges at cost. Please ask us to estimate the cost.
1. Within urban areas where agents are located we try to have free delivery using inter-ecclesial networks. This service is can be faster than postal services but also can be subject to the availability of individuals and so delivery times cannot be guaranteed. if you want an order by a particular date you should chose one of the paid shipping options when you are checking out.
2. Normal surface postal delivery within each country.
3. International orders are sent by the method that involves the least cost irrespective of how long the delivery will take. We can send it by faster service but the cost will be charged to you.
Credit card payment
If you prefer to make a credit card payment by phone we can make arrangements for that. Please contact sales@csss.org.au for this option with the items you wish to order and a telephone number where you can be contacted.
