The Biannual fraternal of the ecclesias located in the south of Adelaide, Australia focussed this year on William Tyndale's life and work.
With 2011 marking the 400th year since the printing of the King James Version of the Bible, it was fitting that we remember the life and works of William Tyndale. That we have a Bible in English today is largely due to his vision to the foundation translationhe produced for much of the New Testament and Old Testament.
.The fraternal, held in August 2011, was attended by over 400 brothers and sisters and their families. Firstly on the programme bro. Tim Badger spoke on "The Word of God is Alive and Powerful". This was followed by a play on Tyndale's life. The cast was made of of members of the Aberfoyle Park, Brighton, Cumberland, Happy Valley, Hyde Park and Southern Vales ecclesias. bro.
